Job Description
- Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees
- Advise managers and employees on labor law-related matters
- Managing recruitment processes
- Coordinating annual appraisals processes (talent development, succession planning, performance management, career pathing, etc.)
- Coordinate implementation of new solutions, leading new HR projects
- Analyzing, planning a schedule of training plans and organizing trainings
- Taking part in Employer Branding activities
The Successful Applicant
- University degree (preferred Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline)
- 2 - 5 years of experience in HR Department (the Company will consider junior and senior candidate)
- Advance knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English
- Can-do, proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Practical knowledge of HR (including Labor Law)
