Job description

Support Delivery:

• Proactively managing team performance, aiming to deliver automation targets and/or service aspirations, recommending and implementing action plans as appropriate to address any shortfalls
• Process / task monitoring, managing non-standard situation, executing pre-defined goals
• Providing a first point of escalation for the team in respect of service/delivery issues
• Assisting the next level Managers in the planning and implementation of changes to the service, including increase and/or decrease in workload
• Early identification and escalation of service/delivery issues
• Service performance management
• Development of employees, including ensuring the right compositions, competencies and joint working foundation.

Service & Delivery Excellence:

• Build up technically strong team with ability to cope with new trends and technologies in IT
• Seeking to improve and optimize the service delivery
• Day to day management in terms of operations and improvements
• Ensuring the good use of all available systems and tools in the delivery of the service by the team
