Job Description
- Overall responsibility for accounting, group reporting, business controlling and tax matters of the entity
- Monthly closing reporting tasks
- Coordination of annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasting process
- Elaboration of the variance analysis and presentation of the forecast review deck
- Working capital improvement tasks and initiatives (inventory control, cash collection)
- Supporting local and group management teams in daily decision making (pricing, credit limits, risk assessments, supply chain, make or buy)
- Weekly cash forecasting and outgoing payments controls
- Improvement of forecast accuracy (P&L and cash flow)
- Ensuring compliance with the statutory regulations and Group-wide policies
- Computation of Business controlling KPIs for the plant (EBITDA, FCF)
- Managing proper relationship with external stakeholders (auditors, tax authorities, consultants and financial institutions)
- Coordination of the external payroll function
- Various routine administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
- University degree essential (especially within Finance and Accounting)
- Post-Graduate studies, courses or certificates (certified accountant, ACCA or similar) desirable
- At least 2 years' experience in a finance lead role
- 6+ years overall professional experience in finance, accounting and controlling
- Knowledge of accounting principles (local GAAP and IFRS)
- MS Excel proficiency
- Wide knowledge of various ERP platforms
- Reporting software experience (Hyperion Enterprise)
- BI/Data warehouse tools
- Experience in Comarch ERP software would be considered as an asset
- Very good command of English
