Description:

Under the direction of Amway Academy Europe, trainer is responsible to deliver trainings, using modern training methods and principles, to Amway Business Owners and Amway Staff

Responsibilities/main activities:

• Delivers face to face, web based and live stream trainings according to Amway Academy strategy to Amway Business Owners and Amway Staff  (Creates a comfortable cross-cultural and cross-generation climate, Creates a comfortable physical/virtual learning environment, Engages audience (using different techniques & methods), Demonstrates the use of reflective listening and feedback, Manages unforeseen situations, Keeps training focused and on schedule)
• Prepares the training sessions with all the required materials/products/handouts
• Reports delivered trainings with evaluation and collected feedback on a monthly base (at requested deadline)
• Proactively suggest improvements/new ideas
• Shares feedback from field with team
• Participates/Contributes at company’s events
• Participates at regular trainer meetings and Train the Trainer sessions
• Accomplishes internal certification/developing programs required by management
• Acts as Amway/Artistry brand ambassador and Role model
• Travels frequently (also weekends and nights)

Profile we look for

1.     Education (formal and informal)

• Good standard of overall education   
• Certification in Wellness/Nutrition/Weight Management
• Caertified as a Business Trainer (soft skills trainer)
• Driving license
• Perfect in mother tongue, fluent (level B2/C1) in English

2.     Experience

• min. 3 years (100 training hours) in training in the area of expertise
• min. 1 year of experience in an FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) product/retail/sales based training role together with customer facing experience is desirable
• Experienced as beauty consultant/ owner of a small business
• Experience in international working environment is a plus

4.     Proffesional Expertise

• Professional knowledge of products within specialist area beauty (cosmetology, make up)
• Professional knowledge of all aspects of business skills, mindsets and behaviors
• Trend scout: aware and curious about new trends in the field of  wellness
• Excellent facilitation skills based on adult learning principles
•  

5. Technology literacy

• proficiency in usage of Ms Office, Adobe, e-mail, internet; tablet and smartphone user) and in social networks and modern communication technologies (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, Skype …)
