Key activities
Purpose of the role:
Instructional Designer & Master Trainer for Nutrition & Health
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for Nutrition & Health to support our Entrepreneurs in selling products
- Identifying target audience’s training needs
- Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the
course
- Be connected to learning communities & learning environment to know what is going on in the learning industry
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Bring in new ideas (content/channel/format) belonging to teaching standard
- Stay in close contact to the learning industry and the Nutrition/Health industry
- Pilot new learning assets/courses before rolling out in European markets
- Train freelance trainer force frequently in all Nutrition/Health topics to ensure quality
- Research institutes/universities for cooperation
