Our client, a multinational company leader in production sector, is seeking to recruit a Finance Director for the Polish operations based in Pomerania district. The successful candidate will cooperate with Managing Director for Poland and report directly to the Regional CFO.

Job Description
- Review and drive improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Group policies and procedures
- Ensure the delivery of accurate forecasting, budgeting and reporting of actual results as well as management information and performance indicators
- Responsible for cash management optimization both at Group holding companies and across its subsidiaries
- Direct cash management operations of Group companies
- Act as counsel to the business beyond the financial aspects
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and public authorities
- Provide required documentation and share expertise with internal / external auditors
- Manage, train and coach other employees who are associated with accountancy related issues and duties
The Successful Applicant
- University degree required with specialization in Finance/Accounting preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience responsible for financial management in production company
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong ability to implement change in complex multinational environment
- Self driven individual with ability to work independently
- Fluent English is required
- Professional certification such as ACCA/CIMA is an asset.
