Job Description
- Providing support for a group of Executives (regional exposure, expats as well)
- Managing complex calendar and email
- Organising business trips, meetings and conferences
- Minutes taking and follow up with teams on key actions if needed
- Dealing with the flow of documents inside the company
- Taking care of the internal communication and supporting internal projects
- Processing expenses in conjunction with the expense policy
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Providing support in private life aspects when needed
- Various other ad hoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
- Has at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Has advanced command of English both written and verbal
- Display tact and discretion, as dealing with confidential information is an ongoing activity
- Have very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Possess strong time management and organisational skills
- Enjoy paying attention to details
- Prove excellent communications skills
- Be flexible, self-driven, pro-active and dynamic
