Candidate’s profile:

• Good knowledge of French&English (at least B2)
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
• Knowledge of AR/AP processes would be an asset

Job description

• Apply payment and code correctly to ensure line item reconciliation;
• Follow control and compliance regulations;
• Book all transactions on a timely manner and according to the correct account reconciliation;
• Document information in the system according to Company procedures;
• Verify and timely processing financial data through the different tools and systems;
• Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in respective countries;
• Additionaly Service Desk tasks to be fulfilled - both for AR and AP in French/English (calls/emails)
