Job Description
- Ensure Interco reconciliation system is fully available to finance community requirement;
- Supervision of data extracts and transfers between different Erp and the Intercompany reconciliation tool applications;
- Run monthly roll-forward process
- Provide support in data reconciliation efforts and post-implementation support including troubleshooting of system and data related issues;
- Access control and development of related security model;
- Provide End User support
- Provide general advice and train to user base and maintain system documentation
- Establish and lead key user forums
- Ensure development activity is compliant with change control procedures and is rigorously tested and leads continuous process improvements
- Ensure disaster recovery procedures giving site and server based resilience are in place and regularly tested;
- Monitor and action to ensure that all KPI´s agreed with the countries meet the targets defined
The Successful Applicant
- Strong IT/BI or data analysis experience
- Good understanding of accounting & finance will be an asset
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated data-driven problem solving capabilities
- Genuine interest in business process standardization and improvement initiatives
- Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment
- Solid ERP systems understanding
- Fluency in English language
- Bring process knowledge to the sequential: analysis, design, build, test, pilot, rollout
- Experience in BlackLine Intercompany Hub transactions is a plus
