Responsibilities:
- performing monthly AR activities: cash applications, collections, and identify potential disputes,
- researching and solving payment discrepancies,
- identifying potential bad debts and high-risk customers,
- performing billing and preparing invoices,
- period-closing activities,
- providing support to other team members,
- participating in the continuous improvement process,
- supporting migration of AR processes from the UK to Katowice.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent,
- experience in a similar position, ideally in an international SSC or BPO environment
- very good command of English (min. B2 level),
- wide understanding of financial and accounting processes,
- knowledge of SAP and Excel MS Office,
- attention to detail and high level of accuracy,
- customer focus and ability to work in the team,
- proficient communication skills,
- willingness to take part in the transition process.
