Job Description
- Maintain overall responsibility for the product's design, risk management, manufacturing and packaging processes
- Develop and manage engineering change requests to products, processes or packaging and labelling
- Regularly communicate product status with functional managers
- Identify cost savings ideas and implement them through design and process changes
- Responsible for documentation
- Provide technical support for product production issues
- Identify potential issues and implement preventative actions
- Address regulatory changes in the countries to ensure the product is compliant
- Support new product development
- Participate on new product development teams consisting of functional representatives from Quality, R&D, Medical, Marketing, Program Management, and Regulatory
The Successful Applicant
- Higher Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering Technology
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product management
- Excellent communication skills
- Project Management skills
- Fluent English
- Experience in the medical device industry and its regulatory requirements preferred
