Job Description
- Responsible for leading the team within Financial Analysis Structure (3 direct reports and about 30 people)
- Provide service for the EMEA entities (manufacturing, logistics, sales) in controlling, data management and analytics activities
- Support the employee development: 1:1 sessions, career path, trainings, performance management, and employee evaluation
- Initiate of process standardization and participate in improvements
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in FP&A, Controlling, Financial Analyst operations
- Experience in team management
- Fluently knowledge of English
- University Degree (preferable in Finance and Accounting area)
