Candidate’s profile

• Bachelor or Masters Degree
• 2+ Years of work experience in project environment
• Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office
• PMI, Agile, SCRUM certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Planning and organizational skills, including good time management skills
• Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders

Job description

This position purpose is to:

• Lead and direct a project in order to successfully achieve agreed goals and client’s satisfaction
• Hold responsibility for all aspects of the project over its entire life from concept design to final implementation

Main accountabilities:

• Prepare project plans for the projects and contribute to the overall plan, highlighting dependencies to other projects.
• Manage single or multiple teams, shared or direct
• Ensure that the Project Milestones are managed and is delivered to specified quality, budget and time scales.
• Monitor and control assigned budgets and targets providing early warning of exception conditions and taking remedial action as appropriate
• Monitor and Manages Project Schedule and Milestone tracking
• Manage the day to day project activities and SMEs working on the project
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
• Develop and motivate project team
• Assure the quality of work produced in development, ensuring that business practices and technical standards are adhered to and quality products delivered to specified standards
• Full accurate and on time execution of standard Project Management processes

Program and Project Management Office (PMO Team) is part of Busines Transformation Services (BTS), delivery vehicle designed to drive and support transformation projects such as transition, transformation, robotics and automation.

We have over 60 team members in 6 locations (Kraków, Katowice, Sarasota, Guatemala, Bangalore, Chennai) including Project Managers and PMO resources: PMP, Agile, Scrum, PROSCI.
