IT Specialist -Cash Management Global Projects
Work location: Kraków

Job description:

  • Decide on most appropriate tools and techniques that will address the problem – make recommendations for solutions to problems
  • Identify areas for improvement and create IT solutions (e.g. VBA macros) to increase efficiency
  • Negotiating & influencing key stakeholders and project sponsors to agree the scope of a project
  • Challenge sponsors & key stakeholders on their decision using data to support their challenge
  • Ensuring sustainability of the process improvement or change post-implementation
  • Understanding changing business requirements and priorities
  • Actively keep abreast of operational and controls issues and developments
  • Be pro-active and confident to work autonomously but knowing when and how to make effective escalations
  • When a project requires, take a lead role in system testing and resolution of defects 
     

Requirements:

• Strong IT skills – ERP - SAP, Excel, VBA
• Project management skills (at least Awareness level)
• Experienced in stakeholder engagement
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines
• Proven analytical skills
• Thrives in a changing environment where every day is different
• Proven aptitude for innovation and thinking 'outside the box'
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Confident to speak up in large project environment and work in a global, virtual environment
• Sigma Yellow/Green Belt trained (preferred)
• Knowledge of e2e cash management and/or banking processes - will be an asset
