Job Description
- Manage the Accounts Payable function for EMEA
- Oversee transitions from new countries into the shared services center
- Lead and further develop the already large AP team in scope
- Liaise with stakeholders abroad where necessary
- Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
The Successful Applicant
- Educated to university degree level - finance, economics, accounting certifications will be a strong plus
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Accounts Payable Operations including minimum of 2 as Head of the function
- Successful track record in leading and developing large teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management on a senior level
- Six Sigma certification will be an advantage
- Experience in process design and optimization will be an advantage
- Very good English is a must
