Job Description
- Accountable for setting the process vision, strategy and roadmap for the Global Process and Continuous improvement team ensuring the process vision supports overall corporate strategy and the finance operating model;
- Defines service catalogue for all of the Global SSC's in the group;
- Provides visible leadership to the Global Process Owners;
- Drives standardisation, simplification and compliance across end to end processes;
- Troubleshoot & unblock processing issues as they occur during routine report refreshes;
- Leads, champions and manages conflicting priorities with ownership of successful delivery of key organisation-wide finance programmes;
The Successful Applicant
- Six Sigma, Lean preferably black belt or significant experience of process transformation in a high variation process environment and multiple ERP systems;
- Finance higher education , qualified by experience or formal accounting qualification such as ACCA;
- Outstanding people skills and passionate attitude; training and coaching skills;
- Excellent understanding of SAP environment plus experience of the implementation of best practice tools;
- Ability to work in a complex and fast pace environment;
- Willingness to travel globally;
