Responsibilities:
- responsible for providing HR expertise on employment matters, maintain excellent employee relationships,
- manage HR projects: policy reviews, labour law updates, pension plan changes, coordinate annual salary planning process,
- coach and engage managers to develop their people,
- negotiations with unions (blue and white collars) and works council,
- work closely with group HR Director, responsible for adjusting to group policies,
- responsible for managing a small team,
- responsible for talent development, learning and development processes, development and coaching programs; and identifing potential roles, rotations or assignments for current employees,
- build collaborative relationship with managers on talent acquisition and talent management efforts, including active participation to candidate assessments and new hires’ induction,
- coach and mentor line managers on organizational changes.
Requirements:
- minimum 5 years of experience as HR Business partner or HR Manager,
- experience as an HR team leader in an industrial environment will be a definite asset,
- experience with managing industrial relations (Blue and White collars),
- good knowledge of HR processes, programs, policies and systems,
- excellent problem solving and communication skills,
- dutch native speaking, good English,
- MS office skills, familiarity with SAP HR preferred,
- Agree to travel from time to time to other european locations.
