Responsibilities:
  • responsible for providing HR expertise on employment matters, maintain excellent employee relationships,
  • manage HR projects: policy reviews, labour law updates, pension plan changes, coordinate annual salary planning process,
  • coach and engage managers to develop their people,
  • negotiations with unions (blue and white collars) and works council,
  • work closely with group HR Director, responsible for adjusting to group policies,
  • responsible for managing a small team,
  • responsible for talent development, learning and development processes, development and coaching programs; and identifing potential roles, rotations or assignments for current employees,
  • build collaborative relationship with managers on talent acquisition and talent management efforts, including active participation to candidate assessments and new hires’ induction,
  • coach and mentor line managers on organizational changes.
Requirements:
  • minimum 5 years of experience as  HR Business partner or HR Manager,
  • experience as an HR team leader in an industrial environment will be a definite asset,
  • experience with managing industrial relations (Blue and White collars),
  • good knowledge of HR processes, programs, policies and systems,
  • excellent problem solving and communication skills,
  • dutch native speaking, good English,
  • MS office skills, familiarity with SAP HR preferred,
  • Agree to travel from time to time to other european locations.
