Job Description
- Further develop the shared service centre into a more effective and efficient organisation
- Be a driver for end-to-end process optimisation, digitisation and smart automation
- Drive and enable the transfer of further business processes into a shared service centre, exemplary operational transactional procurement processes, master data management, dunning processes, etc. & broaden the scope for the single processes (constantly review activity split)
- Implement relevant set of KPIs and further develop performance culture
- Make performance and service level transparent & manage expectations with the business partners
- Manage the shared services teams in accordance with the strategic goals
- Implement and run the service organisation using best practices concerning processes, people, role models, tools, activity splits
- Support transitions
- Staff the respective service teams and team of direct reports
- Responsible for maintaining all compliance requirements
- Ensure positive internal and external working relationship by frequent communication and stakeholder management
The Successful Applicant
- University Degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Profound experience in a Shared Service Centre
- Ideally experience in centralising and transition other business processes in a Shared Service Centre approach
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading teams
- Knows the SSC specific tools including process related tools
- Fluent English required, Spanish or Portuguese and plus
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate people
