Work location: Kraków

Job description:

  • Manages all aspects of support, delivery and embedding of SHARP in CP in Upstream:

  • Facilitates and drives an integrated business process by acting as Global ISM Focal Point for CP in Upstream (CP Operations & CPiB).

  • Covers all aspect of Assurance planning and execution for CP Operations Upstream with scope of 1255 contracts as at end 2018 and portfolio continuously growing

 

SHARP Continuous Improvement and Utilization

  • Combine activities of SHARP related networks driven by CMCP FPs for CP in Upstream (3 separate SHARP related networks operated in 2018)

  • Design and introduce effective SHARP utilization KPIs and remediation plan for CP in Upstream

  • Meets on a regular basis with Systems and Process Innovation (S&PI) team to address and discuss main systems and process issues/challenges identified with Knowledge Experts & front line teams

  • Collect CI input from Knowledge Experts, provide input in CMCP/CMCP Cockpit CI plan & RTP CI plan; recommendations with benefits case. Participate in CI opportunity ranking.

  • Develop Knowledge and understanding of E2E process and integration points between processes

  • Provide insight into business organisation & ways of working, ensure changes meet needs of CP in Upstream

SHARP Embedding

  • Support implementation of change; Champion, liaise with senior stakeholders to gain support and build momentum for change.

  • Tailor communications on change from S&PI team & cascade accordingly.

  • Ensure Business readiness for & training on upcoming changes.

  • Maintain Knowledge Expert network (regular meetings, sharing feedback from SPC, collecting input to S&PI network/s)

  • Champion use of Knowledge Management tools as a means of sustainably building and sharing knowledge across a global community.

  • Support the testing of new functionality/changes; both self and/or Knowledge Experts and Super Users.

Digitalization strategy

  • Actively participate in any relevant Digitize Core projects by representing CP in Upstream.

Assurance

  • Drive Assurance planning and execution activities for CP Operations Upstream:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain standard CMCP and HSSE policies, standards, guidelines and control frameworks.

  • Ensure all governance, assurance, and compliance processes and standards are implemented and embedded into work processes.

  • Report on adherence to compliance to the CP Operations Upstream LT

 

Requirements:

Qualifications required:
 

 

  • University degree, preferably in area of Procurement, Finance or IT

  • At least 6 years work experience enforced by minimum 3 years’ experience in the implementation of systems and digital solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • In-depth understanding of the tools & processes used (Global Design)

  • Fluent English

  • Resilient under pressure

  • Strong technical/system background: ERPs, SHARP, others

  • Must have the passion to strategically shift the Business to take greater advantage of the Digital Age

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to translate technology related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences

  • Strong awareness and commitment to HSSE, Assurance and compliance topics.
