Associate - Credit Cash Appl/ Alloc
Work location: Kraków

Job description:

  • Payments
  • Contact customer to investigate reason for partial payment (where required) & obtain remittance receipts. Ensure that all cash and cheques have been entered into the system, banked on the due date and that receipts are applied to customer accounts.
  • Credit Notes
  • Apply credit/debit notes to customer invoices &release cash security
  • Pre Payments
  • Run "Pre-payment Report" to monitor the pre payment process. After the billing document has been created, when automatic allocation process doesn't work, manually match pre-payments against invoices.
  • Securities
  • Perform booking and release of securities in ERP’s.
  • Customer Service
  • Acknowledge receipt of complaint with customer, investigate & resolve the complaint.
  • General
  • Monitor KPI’s. Check “Changed Documents Control Report” in order to ensure that appropriated changes have been made in AR accounts.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or any related Finance/Business course
  • With 1-2 years relevant work experience.
  • Professional Experience
  • Experience preferred in accounts receivable analysis. The role requires a strong team player with the ability to work under tight time pressure whilst still maintaining high standards of work.
