Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.

As Collections Team Leader, you will work in a very dynamic and changing environment & have to develop both good client relationships and motivated and energetic team. Mostly, you will:

  • Manage your team and plan daily work
  • Act a first point of contact & point of escalation from operational perspective
  • Support your team in their career development
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance and other Stakeholders in client’s organization
  • Cooperate with management and other teams across the company
Qualifications
 
What we expect from you:
  • Management experience min. 1 year also as a backup of the Team Leader
  • Order to Cash, Collections or Customer Service experience min. 3 years
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive & teamwork approach, ability to improve process and controls
  • Fluent English, Spanish or Italian nice to have
  • ERP knowledge be an asset (Oracle, SAP, other)
