In this role you will assist users when defects are found by resolving the defects or providing temporary workarounds to keep the application operational when needed. At the same time you will be responsible for dispatching cases within the support team and monitoring their resolutions.
Person hired on this position will be responsible for administrating, enhancing, managing, testing/analysing, problem solving and maintaining database oriented applications in Windows, Linux, Unix environments for internal client.
You will be involved in all aspects of application lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance, release management, lifetime support) and will be working closely to the customers.
You’ll be working in the Application Management team based in Wrocław. We are the experienced team responsible for end to end application support, maintenance and development.
