Job Description
- Takes responsibility of group monthly close and consolidation of monthly management financial statements,
- Prepares consolidation of Group results on a monthly basis and supports provision of accurate internal financial reporting
- Reviews and consolidation of monthly management reporting packages submitted by the sites and preparation of group reports for the management
- Cooperates and support the group financial reporting manager in terms of timely preparation of interim and year-end statutory consolidated financial statements with all complementary notes in compliance with IFRSs
- Support controlling and treasury functions to access relevant data and reports (eg. preparing summary financial statements for Bank reports)
- Manages Team and support their individual development
- Resolves and advises on issues related to proper accounting treatment
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in Finance/Accounting or similar
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with HFM will be an advantage
- Good spoken and written English essential
- Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards
- Knowledge of accounting processes
- Knowledge of multi-currency consolidation; experience in accounting for business combinations (acquisitions, disposals, mergers etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of business environment; experience in facilitating reporting processes and establishing financial control tools
- Experience in a multinational, multi-currency environment, with matrix reporting and cooperation with stakeholders abroad
- Very good planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people
