Job Description
- Provide a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives (recruitment, talent management, new investments, organization effectiveness, employee engagement etc.)
- Developing business strategy in HR area
- Support and implement personal and organizational changes within the company
- Recruit, interview, test and select employees to fill vacant position
- Support managers in applying company policies, ensuring alignment to rules and law aspects
- Coordinate HR communications with all approved external suppliers and /or business partners
- Cooperation with the HR administration and the payroll
The Successful Applicant
- University degree, preferable postgraduate degree in HR
- At least 3/4-year experience in HR, preferably in SSC sector or similar
- Strong HR experience gained in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organisation
- Knowledge of best practices in HR area (training and development, assessments and planning, compensations and benefits policies, budgeting)
- Very good knowledge of English
