Our client is an international leasing and car fleet management company (TOP 5). To manage current and projected future growth our client is seeking to recruit an experienced candidate for the position of Deputy Chief Accountant in Warsaw for one-year-contract.

Job Description
- Key member of the Accounting team able to support Chief Accountant in majority of daily operations.
- Responsible for accurate and on time handling of all activities regarding to the company - monthly and annual closings (Financial statement preparation, CIT and deferred tax calculation, Group reporting).
- Responsible for the tax, statistical office and national bank reporting (Verification and dispatch of tax returns to tax office, preparation of other reports for GUS and NBP).
- Responsible for verifying recorded transactions to the extent possible and for the reporting of irregularities to the CFO.
- Responsible for verification from tax and accounting point of view internal regulations and new contracts with external providers.
- Main contact for all accounting and tax audits.
- Preparation of transfer pricing documentation with a support of external tax advisor.
- Initiate ideas to improve tax-related processes.
The Successful Applicant
- Master degree after full time studies in Accounting or Finance preferable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting department on an independent position.
- Experience in a leasing company is an additional asset.
- Very good knowledge of IAS accounting principles and Polish tax law regulations, and ability to use them in practice.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Leo FK i Leo Leasing knowledge is an asset
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
