For our Client - one of the new SSC in Krakow, an international leader in technological solutions we are looking for candidates for a position of
Responsibilities:
- participate in the O2C transition process from European countries to Krakow,
- support centralized processing Cash Application and Dispute Management,
- be a Subject Matter Expert for O2C related topics,
- lead a team of O2C Accountants, approx. 10 FTEs,
- coordinate completion of all OTC activities for applicable entities in line with the policies and procedures, including ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing,
- ensure fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), continuously improving on performance benchmarks,
- identify opportunities for process improvements and automation,
- close cooperation with Management and Business,
- perform a yearly individual evaluation for the team, team coaching and mentoring.
Requirements:
- min. 4 years of previous experience within the OTC/AR process,
- at least 2 years of experience in leading a team as an OTC/ AR Team Leader/Supervisor,
- fluency in English,
- fluency in German or Spanish and Italian,
- strong competence in people management,
- transition experience,
- ability to build a strong business relationship,
- experience in Shared Services for a global company,
- excellent interpersonal skills,
- strong organizational and analytical skills.
