is seeking candidates for new position:

BUYER

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Identify global contracts opportunities, assist Lead Buyer in their negotiation and implementation
• Build transparency of subcategory spend in a hub and drive cost reduction
• Work closely with Lead Users in sites across a hub to endure effective strategic procurement and business continuity across at every site
• Work closely with Lead Buyers in conducting research on supply markets, price benchmarks, and supplier profiles
• Execute supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting in a hub
• Develop and maintain supplier profiles: Manage Supplier relationship and monitor contract compliance
• Deliver savings and subcategory / hubs KPI targets and assist Lead Buyers with necessary analyses:(Spend data analysis and basic financial analyses; performance reporting; category strategy development (e.g., supply market research, price benchmarks); supplier profile maintenance)

SKILLS& REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional: MA level thinking required,
• Track record in Procurement, 1-3 years of financial analysis experience preferred
• Technical: Good problem-solving and analytical skills, Good planning/ project management skills, Good negotiating skills, Targeted systems knowledge, Good knowledge of contracts
• Knowledge of SAP / SRM, Understanding of IT processes / E-catalog/ E-sourcing / Vendor and Material management in Purchasing, “system oriented” mindset
• Behavioral: Strong leadership skills and presence, Superior communication/ interpersonal skills, Passion for reducing costs, Passion for finding information on innovative industry trends
• Good written communication skills, English skills
