Work location: Kraków

Job description:
Execution of complex Local HR Processes, in line with existing policies and procedures, assuring high quality data management in Shell People, as well as documentation, including on-going support to employees.
Management of cases according to established ways of working, including:
Taking ownership of end-to-end processes,
Handing-off cases to other teams in HR Services as required,
Dealing with third party service providers,
Timely escalation of complex queries to senior advisers, SME’s and policy teams.
Liaising with HR Business Partners, HR in the Country, Employees, and Line Managers, as required in order to resolve cases,
Providing input for Knowledge Management within the team,
Fixed term contract for 1 year (full time job)

 

Requirements:
Have tertiary qualification – preferably in HR or Business Administration
Show 1-2 years’ previous work experience in Shared Service environment
Possess strong service excellence and customer focus alongside high level of ownership, resilience and empowerment
Be proactive and self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Enjoy an environment that focuses on constant improvement, on personal and professional development and efficiency
Have an ability to manage multiple stakeholders including sensitive and challenging discussions
Have an advanced command in German
Have a good command in English 
Understand and work with tools e.g. Microsoft Office, while previous experience with SAP will be an advantage.
