Active in food segment, they have today a leader place with a real desire to innovate. We are currently seeking to recruit a regional Finance Director (CEE) with a strong commercial mindset and drive who will support the company in maintaining its very good market position and who will facilitate its further growth. The role will form part of the local Management Board and cover finance aspects of the company within both commercial and manufacturing areas.

Job Description
- Provide financial leadership to the business as the regional head of finance
- Act as partner to the business side of the organization identifying opportunities for growth and process optimization (B2B + B2C)
- Focus on profitability, growth, margin, sales and cost efficiency
- Manage financial planning, periodic financial performance reviews and budget variance
- Take responsibility for management information on regional level
- Lead a team of finance business partners focused on markets within CEE
The Successful Applicant
- Educated to university degree level
- ACCA, CIMA or equivalent certification will be a strong asset
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Finance Director in an international sales-driven organization; regional experience / focus / mind-set is essential
- Experience in the FMCG sector / manufacturing + supply chain companies is strongly preferred
- Successful track record in leading teams
- Experience in collaborating among senior management, business and functional leaders
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic view, strong conceptual skills
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
- Mobility is highly desirable
