What will you do:

As Order To Cash Team Leader, you will:

• Manage your team and plan daily work
• Act as a first point of contact with client to ensure issue resolutions and process improvements, support in escalations
• Support your team in their career development
• Work with the Client Service Manager to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
• Cooperate with management and other teams across the company
• Cooperate with Finance & Sales department to look for most efficient solutions

 

What do we expect:

• Experience in leading teams min. 1 year
• Relevant Order to Cash or Customer Service experience min. 2 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent English & Spanish (C1)
• ERP knowledge (SAP preferable)
• Strong motivational skills
• Ability to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks
