Job description:

The team is part of a Global Operations Support Team within Trading and Supply Operations. Collectively the team handles transactional activity on behalf of Commercial Operations such as invoice processing, financial reconciliations and government and regulatory reporting.
 

 

  • Work closely with interdependent groups such as Deal Implementation, Operations Scheduling and Finance.  Develop relationships with those teams and ensure that processes are working effectively and efficiently

  • Create  nominations necessary for the completion of the movement and billing of all involved parties

  • Raise system sales orders necessary to process

  • Resolve all errors preventing the processing

  • Process rebill invoices for activities such as freight

  • Calculate pricing data for month end activity

  • Generate key data reports for internal customers

  • File transaction records in line with Group Records Management policies

  • Participate in assigned LEAN or Continuous Improvement projects, building knowledge and experience of methodology and tools

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to share learnings

 

Requirements:

  • Handle a high volume of transactions in an efficient and accurate manner

  • To deal with competing priorities and bring best outcome in a fast-paced environment

  • Evidence of an orientation towards learning and application of that learning to problem solving

  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not essential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Embrace and adapt to change

  • Listen to understand customer needs and perspectives 

  • University degree

  • Experience in Logistics, Finance, Data Management

  • English C1
