The BBH Business Transformation team is responsible for designing, implementing and driving process re-engineering and strategic initiatives forward.  As part of this innovative team, you will work closely with business leaders, Systems, Finance and Project Teams to design and execute critical change programs designed to transform our operating model. 

As the Krakow lead on the Business Transformation team you will be responsible for the vision, definition and delivery of solutions that improve BBH’s service delivery units. You will lead your team and business leaders to design, develop, and ensure quality based applications and services that maximize ROI for the business. You will deeply understand the business problem, the technology and will have direct impact to our business.  

Responsibilities

• Create a vision, define the product and work with Stakeholders, Systems and Business Transformation to deliver that vision.
• Manage and prioritize your team’s pipeline of ideas and projects to achieve yearly ROI deliverables
• Estimate development costs, scope, and timeline of a project to maximize ROI
• Have excellent communication skills across many different audiences, from Clients to Engineers to Executives
• Excel at client empathy and have great negotiation skills
• Be creative and bring a different point of view to solving problems
• Work across teams to deliver full Product solutions
• Understand what it takes to deliver products and services in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC frameworks
• Be flexible in our fast-paced environment
• Be creative and willing to take risks
