Job description

As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for contingency reporting and disclosure functions. You will also revaluate currency and provide policy and US GAAP advice to business. This includes fulfilling the Quarterly Financial Mgmt Compliance, Checklist, the Finance Quarterly Reporting Package, and updating policies.

You will perform Account Reconciliation Tracking Tools (ARTT) related activities, such as administration, account reconciliation quality review and profit & loss schedules for audit and tax. In addition, you will perform month end closure duties. You will be in charge of the local statutory report and provide business and functional support on financial analysis.

You will also perform US GAAP/Corporate reporting and provide consultancy on processes, programs and projects. You will also provide ongoing training and communication to Region and Country Finance team. You will ensure that financial processes (including SOX testing) are under control. Additionally, you will ensure that reporting and analyses are in line with local legal and tax requirements, HP financial policies and procedures, and the Sarbanes - Oxley Act. Lastly you will provide business analysis, forecasting activities and costs management.  

 Qualifications: 

• Master's/Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
• Minimum three years of experience in a financial or accounting environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interface, present and communicate successfully with all levels of management and large groups
• Analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of English
