For our Client, multinational company, we are currently searching for experienced
Accounting and Finance Manger.
The position holder will be responsible for managing finance and accounts operations and providing operational and strategic support to business.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure all work produced is in accordance with the company procedures, best practice compliance, regulatory requirements
- Preparation and submission of various reports to local authorities
- Assisting in preparation of VAT returns, Company Income Tax and Statutory Accounts
- Maintaining legal documents of the company
- Administering local Bank accounts of the company
- Handling petty cash balance for day to day requirements and maintaining record for expenses
- Coordinating vendor invoice processing, vendor payments, resolving vendor queries
- Directing employee queries and grievances regarding their salaries, claims etc. to EHS, Social benefit fund administration with local HR
- Coordinating for customer queries, submission of invoices and collection of cheque payments
- Taking various audits including statutory, national bank and tax audits
- Implementing internal controls
- Providing support to local management in the capacity of finance representative
- Taking care of transfer pricing documentation
- Updating qualified costs register
- Processing the salary advances requests
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years proven and progressive senior financial management experience involving complex accounting and reporting
- Minimum of a bachelors degree in business, finance or economics, related field or equivalent experience with qualified accountant designation (Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Certified General Accountant or Certified Management Accountant)
- Strong knowledge of polish and international regulatory and accounting standards
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, managerial and leadership skills.
