We’re seeking future team members for our Site Management Team with roles located in Wroclaw in Hybrid Flex positions. 

Program eligibility:

  • Expected graduation date of 2023/2024 

Desired skills: 

  • Experience in e.g. students’ committee or non-profit organization
  • Organizational competence, e.g. audience targeting, planning and prioritization, attention to detail, adaptability, user-experience focus   
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills
  • Openness to feedback and curiosity
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including presentation competence and diplomatic communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and strong PC skills, including high proficiency with Power Point and Excel;
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements as needed;
  • Interest in employee engagement trends, concept and research on DEI, knowledge of the specifics of collaborating with NGOs – nice to have
