What do we do in Adaptive?
In 2015 we started our ADAPTIVE S.A.G. journey based on a concept corresponding to increasing market demand for specific expertise related to the Business Services Solutions sector, like the transformation of corporate functions, centralization in the shared business services model, optimization of back-office operations, standardization and automation of processes.
It is unique in Europe consulting proposition of a holistic approach to this kind of organization, on every stage of their organizational cycle journey - from the vision of building to operational support provided for already functioning Centers.
Adaptive consultants support Clients in creating SSC strategy - analyze which activities should be centralized, prepare methodology and action plan, forecast the ideal conditions for centers development, increase quality and effectivity of processes, and helps with potential assessment and automation implementation strategy. Adaptive also provides an experienced staff of managers and operational employees as a temporary source of Team support in terms of e.g. increased level of rotation, unexpectedly increase in transaction volumes, sudden absences or holiday periods.
Who do we search for?
In our company, we employ almost 100 professionals but we are growing and still searching for candidates for new positions, both less and more experienced.
