We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our Investor Solutions TA TEAM team. This role is located in Wroclaw Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Work on major client onboarding initiatives for the Transfer Agency business 
  • Facilitate Scrum Events, remove impediments, coach and mentor the team, monitor progress, collaborate with stakeholders, adopt agile best practices, assist in the teams agile transformation.
  • Developing Project plans, including defining goals, scope, budget, and timeline
  • Organizing - assigning tasks, resources and roles to team members and creating schedules.
  • Communication – facilitating clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, client’s, and vendors. 
  • Risk Management – identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Budget management – monitoring project expenses and ensuring they stay within budget. 
  • Timeline management – tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Documentation – keeping detailed records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking a candidate with the following: 

  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Project Management/Scrum Master or related role
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the Transfer Agency business is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, PPM, Project delivery lifecycle.
  • A bachelor’s degree in fields such as business administration, management, engineering, computer science is desirable.
