Job Description
- Receive input for e.g. an RFP from their London colleagues, and ensure that it is accurately incorporated into the RFP template
- Issue the RFP, via Bravo procurement system in most instances, to the relevant suppliers
- Track and manage all queries and responses
- Create and implement a process for, and then perform, due diligence on all new suppliers, including commitments re Modern Slavery, Anti Bribery, financial credit checks
- Establish strong working relationships in Warsaw with Risk, Technology and Finance teams and identify potential efficiencies and controls
- Support the London based team, by implementing a robust supplier governance framework, ensuring that all supplier score cards are stored centrally; that action plans are agreed and followed through by the London team, with suppliers
- Review and issue supplier spend reports on a quarterly basis, and respond to ad hoc requests
- Design and implement a supplier risk report, summarising the content of supplier scorecards
- Provide ad hoc support as necessary
- Support the Information Procurement team in the review of invoices compared to orders placed
- Issue Purchase Orders on behalf of the Technology team
The Successful Applicant
- 2-3 years' procurement experience ideally working in a professional services environment or similar
- Fluent English - both spoken and written
- Track record of delivering work to within agreed parameters e.g. timescale, cost quality.
- Experience in overcoming "barriers to progress" and reaching mutually acceptable outcomes with challenging stakeholders
- Inclusive style, good communicator at all levels
- Keeps team members and key stakeholder regularly informed of progress and issues challenges.
