Job Description
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and interoffice activities within the team's remit and assist with the exception reporting and perform quality checks on work performed by the offshore teams.
- Review, approve, and prepare requests for ad-hoc analysis of various types of financial information utilizing operational and financial analytics as appropriate for the situation
- Daily general accounting activities and month-end close process
- Assist with preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Supporting local audits
- Prepare VAT and Intrastat declarations
- Execute monthly and quarterly preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- Monthly Cash management and Inventory reconciliations
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1 year experience in General Ledger area
- Solid knowledge of accountancy regulations
- Very good English
- Very good Spanish will be an asset
- Finance or Economic educational background is preferable
- Experience in SSC/BPO structures will be a plus
- Great communication skills, hands-on attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
