Intelligent Process Automation Manager ,

Business Development Manager

 

 

Role:

As a Manager you will work as a part of the Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) team with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our Clients solve their business issues from strategy to execution utilising new technology solutions. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
  • Take an active part in Business Development activities – proposals, new value proposition creation
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Work with Clients and our technology experts on developing technical solutions using RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, others) and supporting technologies (e.g. OCR, ML)
  • Assist with technology selection and setup (Test, Production and DR environments and infrastructure)
  • Develop technical roadmaps to support strategic and long-term technology enabled solutions;
  • Help clients to control the design, development and deployment of digital solutions and how they integrate to technology landscapes
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff
  • Keep up to date with local and regional business and economic issues
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

 

Profile:

  • +6 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrating acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems;
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success managing client projects including the following areas:
  • Understanding a client's business and technology in order to identify, pursue, and ultimately obtain additional consulting opportunities;
  • Business process re-engineering efforts such as Lean, workflow design, etc.;
  • Technology selection and setup (Test, Production and DR environments and infrastructure);
  • Understanding economics of RPA ecosystem, including licensing arrangements and various deployment models;
  • Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection;
  • Developing technical roadmaps to support strategic and long-term technology enabled solutions;
  • Hands-on experience with implementation of Robotic and Intelligent Process Automation tools, such as Automation Anywhere, Blueprism, UiPath;
  • Identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining extensive client relationships;
  • Performing as a team leader by creating a positive environment, monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations, and respecting the work-life quality of team members including providing candid, feedback in a timely manner, and keeping leadership informed of progress.
  • Fluent English; Additional languages, e.g. German will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel out-of-town for projects
  • Very good presentation skills
