Our Client is an international FMCG company. Due to their expansion in Poland, we are looking for experienced, "hands - on", result-driven and business-oriented professional for strategic position of Production Manager / Director.

Job Description
- Manage the production team and initiate plans and processes
- Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations
- Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business objectives
- Measure and compare actual production results against the production plan and forecast
- Identify, implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices
- Coordinate, set up / train, implement & maintain standard operating procedures for all production operations
The Successful Applicant
- University degree (production management or engineering)
- 10 year professional experience in a high manufacturing environment
- Experience in CI projects management (Lean/ Six Sigma/ Performance Excellence)
- Experience in FMCG company would be additional advantage
- 6 year managerial experience in the production environment
- Experience in team management (minimum 250 people)
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes
- Native polish language speaker and fluent English
- Strong leadership and change management skills
