Job Description
- Provide 2nd level line support
- Assist in the execution of policies and procedures related to the Windows & VMware Systems
- Ongoing maintenance and upgrades of Windows & VMware related hardware and software
- Prepare and deploy (SCCM 2012) applications and Windows OS patches
- Performing Active Directory management (add/modify/delete users and groups)
- Identifying and troubleshooting application, server, and performance issues (Windows 2003-2012, Windows 7)
- Assisting in the installation of Window server/desktop OS, patches and upgrades
- Assisting in the installation of hardware (Dell, IBM) and virtual environment (VMware), patches and upgrades
- Assisting with remediation of vulnerability findings
- Asset Management of all Windows & VMware server related hardware and software
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent English (written and spoken),
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003 - 2019,
- Powershell,
- Active Directory management,
- Microsoft SQL,
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2016,
- Microsoft Windows 7 + 10,
- VMWare 6.
