Job Description
  • Strategic further development of business by means of acquisitions and establishing business with new customers
  • Development of 5-years plan for key accounts in consultation with Sales Director. Identification of suitable target projects and initiations of necessary measures for business success
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Training of new stuff
  • Price negotiations with customer within the framework form executive board instructions
  • Checking, clarifying and minimising the economic risks for the company as a part of the offer preparation
The Successful Applicant
  • Technical background preffered (eg. Degree in engineering), knowledge of economics
  • English language - fluent, German Language - Nice to have
  • Minimum 4 years in sales of complex industrial goods, ideally complicated not only simple ones, at least 2 recent years in the automotive industry (ideally with experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (both in Polish and English)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • self-driven and motivated to achieve goals
