Job Description
- Executes selected operative procurement processes and provides support to Centre of Excellence Procurement especially in the area of Purchase-to-Pay processes
- Performs cost analyses, negotiates and obtains offers in accordance with specified guidelines and procedures
- Manages communication and communicates with internal and external clients
- Acts within the compliance requirements of purchasing processes
- Understand and meet the defined SLA including the respective KPIs
- Actively seeks for E2E process optimisation and consults with SSC Group Leader Indirect Purchasing
- Ensures adherence to defined SSC procurement procedures
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Procurement or similar
- A previous experience as a Purchasing Specialist will be a strong asset
- Fluent German and English is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in communication with customers and suppliers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural context with different stakeholders
- Previous Experience on SAP system will be a plus
