Job Description
- Lead the planning and implementation of project aligned with Corporate Engineering Policies and Practices
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, including non-mechanical scopes such as product validation, stability analysis
- Negotiation of work scopes, costs
- Manage project budget and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Lead and track construction team safety performance, maintain field presence during project planning, installation, and startup
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
The Successful Applicant
- Higher technical education and qualification in project management
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Direct work experience in project management capacity ( min 3-5 years ), experience within chemical or pharmaceutical industry will be very welcome
- Proven experience in project management related with wide range investments in area of manufacturing and production
- Fluency in English
- MS Project, CAD or similar fluent knowledge and using of this software
- Experience in area of contact with third parties like building companies, equipment vendors, designers etc.
- Proven experience in people management and strategic planning
