Salesforce Project Manager
Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
- Train and lead staff
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
Role:
- Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project and sprint's plan to track progress
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Coordinate internal resources
- Managing the production of the required deliverables
- Perform risk and change management
- Establish and maintain relationships with Product Owners and third parties or vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Profile:
- Master's degree preferably in area of IT technologies
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager is a must
- Salesforce experience required
- Proven track record in delivering IT projects in International environment
- Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (PMI PMBOK®, SCRUM, AGILE PM)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
