Job Description
* Leading the growth of the center and manage it as the Head of Shared Service Centre; * Overseeing service delivery and the day-to-day operations of the SSC to provide the highest quality support for stakeholders; * Developing and implementing a strategy to achieve goals of the SSC in close cooperation with global initiatives; * Leading transformation processes and change management within SSC environment; * Creating and implementing financial strategy and planning for the SSC.
The Successful Applicant
* University degree (preferable in finance or business-related specializations); * Management experience in a shared services center / BPO environment (at least 8 years as a Head/Operations Manager); * Proven ability to work within a cross regional, functional, multicultural and virtual context (matrix organization); * Strong stakeholder management skills - assertiveness, confidence and high ability to influence others; * Experience in process transformation; * Fluent English.
