Involved for support in monthly closing activities (accruals, communication with the countries). Responsible for monthly standard reports: sales dashboards, monthly P&L packages) for 3 Regions and 20 countries. Responsible for improvement in reporting standards (new reports, automation, user friendly reporting). Provides high quality analysis of Regions and countries performance (sales: countries/products; SG&A: countries/expense categories/internal orders). Provides support for Budgeting process (P&L templates for the countries, data consolidation, data input to company budgeting systems; data automation). Reporting support for General Manager for East Region and for Finance Business Partner for East Region. Supports in presentations for the meetings with East Region and EMEA Management. Business partner for Country Managers and Regional Heads. Cooperates with (mother company) on accounting/booking/accrual aspects. Supports in processes optimization and process documentation. Performs other duties as necessary as assigned by company management.
The Successful Applicant
Experience in Controlling/Analyses. Solid understanding and experience with managerial reporting, financial business processes; Understanding of accounting principles. Strong analytical skills. Very good knowledge of English. Ability to work independently and interact with managers from other countries. Energy & enthusiasm.
