Job Description
- Daily work with the French speaking Clients, via all communication means,
- Being first point of contact to a corporate Clients,
- Processing all sales related requests,
- Communicating with other departments in order to respond to the Clients' needs,
- Collecting feedback and improving the customer care process,
- Influencing the process by change management in order to get higher service quality,
- Having friendly approach towards the other people.
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education degree,
- Working experience with international Clients (internal or external),
- Fluency in English language,
- Fluency in French language,
- Willingness to help others,
- Solution oriented mindset.
