Job Description
Visiting customers and distributors on an ongoing basis, understanding their safety needs, proposing adequate solutions, influencing their purchasing decision Finding and developing new customers in the territory Providing timely responses/support to existing customers and distributors, Understanding and guarding overall growth strategy by focusing on core segments and key customers Monitor competitors to gather insight into market size and trends Understand regulatory and cultural environment Providing constant feedback about the competition and the market. Joint field efforts with distributors, such as regular visits to customers Developing specific customer strategies - conceptualising and implementing demand creation programs Co-developing and monitoring a distribution management plan for each distributor, including targeted market segment, key accounts, key product lines, sales and product training, demand creation activities and an inventory plan.
The Successful Applicant
Fluency in Polish and English. 3 years of experience in sales, especially Sales & Distribution Management Demonstration of technical attitude Strong presentation and analytical skills Communication and motivation skills, Strategic and operational planning skills, Good knowledge of financial metrics ( P&L, balance sheet) Change management experience Proven capability to achieve goals and objectives. Broad experience with, and knowledge of the Safety & Industrial Markets and various distribution concepts. 2 years of experience in PPE sales B.S. degree Engineering degree
